My name is Ant – welcome to my blog where I share the things I have learned, found interesting, or enjoyed whilst working in Data Visualisation and Tableau.

I first used Tableau very infrequently a number of years ago, but I started using it more around 2017. I currently work as a Data Visualisation Developer at Lloyds Banking Group.

I have to date received three #VOTD from Tableau Public (Skyrim Population, One Year Of Tweets and Earth Overshoot Day). I was made a featured author in 2022 and am the winner of the 2022 Elissa Fink “WTF I never knew Tableau could do that” #Vizzie. I am also very honoured to have been named a Tableau Public Ambassador ’22.

I have a wife and a daughter, and I am also a keen musician, playing the Saxophone and Clarinet, and play in a few different bands, including Fleetville Swing Band.

Just to keep it diverse, I also Train in Tae Kwon Do and am currently a Black Tag.
